What will you be doing? As our 3D Generalist with leadership ambition, you'll be at the heart of our creative operations, creating exceptional animations and visuals while evolving into a leadership role. You will guide and collaborate with teams in Amsterdam and Poland, manage projects, develop storyboards, and leverage innovative tools like Blender, Maya, Unreal Engine, and AI-driven techniques.
Your key responsibilities:
Create and deliver high-quality 3D animations and visuals.
Actively manage and lead projects across international teams.
Develop and present storyboards, clearly visualizing creative concepts for clients.
Mentor and inspire team members, fostering their professional growth.
Integrate and explore AI and emerging technologies within our 3D workflows.
Ensure all work consistently meets our high international standards.
Facilitate clear communication and coordination between teams in Amsterdam and Poland.

Must-haves:
Solid experience as a 3D Generalist with strong abilities in at least one core 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya) and mandatory proficiency in real-time 3D production with Unreal Engine. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is also required.
Proven track record producing high-quality 3D animations and still visuals.
Experience leading or coordinating creative projects, ideally involving international collaboration.
Affinity for AI-driven creative tools and emerging technologies.
Fluent in English, with eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
Nice to have:
Experience with configurators and real-time rendering in Unreal Engine.
Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) projects.
Previous work in a creative agency or fast-paced innovative setting.
Industry recognition or awards.
