The Role:

We're on the hunt for a Sales Driven Account Manager, an individual who embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship and possesses a talent for identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is pivotal in our mission to expand our footprint across the Benelux region, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, persuasive sales prowess, and a genuine passion for building and nurturing client relationships in different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and cultivate new business opportunities within the Benelux market, setting the stage for long-term partnerships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored digital solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Embark on regular travel across the Benelux region to engage with potential and existing clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Negotiate and close deals with precision and confidence, acting as a true ambassador for The Brink Agency's values and capabilities.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes, leveraging insights to enhance sales efforts and client consultations.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in sales, with demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients across diverse industries.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, paired with a results-driven mindset.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Benelux region, with a flexible approach to work.

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with additional languages being a significant advantage.

  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands, with a readiness to embark on frequent travel.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in the digital creative agency sector or related fields.

  • A solid network of contacts within the Benelux business community.

  • Expertise in CRM software and sales management tools (Hubspot).

  • Worked with Asana, Teamleader orbit and the google business suit.
